Abstract

Изобретение относитс к сельскому хоз йству. Цель изобретени - улучшение санитарно-гигиенических условий содержани животных. Устройство дл удалени экскрементов животных содержит боксы, в основании которых размещена бесконечна лента 1 из пористого материала. Под боксом установлена емкость 4 с дезинфакционным раствором, над которой размещен душ 5. Лента 1 опираетс на ролики 9. С одного торца ленты имеетс приспособление 10 дл сбора твердых экскрементов, а с другого - камера 11 дл сушки ленты, в которой установлены вентил тор 12 и ртутна лампа 13. Боксы отделены друг от друга перегородкой 14 и имеют кормушки 15. В процессе жизнеде тельности моча и кал выдел ютс на поверхность ленты 1. Моча впитываетс в пористый материал и удерживаетс в нем. При перемещении ленты твердые экскременты сбрасываютс в приспособление 10. Далее лента попадает в емкость 4, где поверхность ленты смываетс водой из душа и дезинфицируетс раствором, которым дополнена емкость 4. При выходе лента обжимаетс валиками 6, при этом моча и раствор выход т, а лента поступает в сушку, после чего снова подаетс к боксам. 3 з.п. ф-лы, 3 ил.This invention relates to agriculture. Boxes are separated from each other by a partition 14 and have feeding troughs 15. In the process of vital activity, urine and feces are released onto the surface of tape 1. Urine is absorbed into the porous material and retained in it. When the tape is moved, the hard excrement is discharged into the device 10. Next, the tape enters the tank 4, where the surface of the tape is rinsed with water from the shower and disinfected with a solution that supplements the container 4. When leaving, the tape is compressed by rollers 6, while urine and solution come out and enters the dryer, and then goes to the boxes again. 3 hp f-ly, 3 ill.

Claim

1. Device for removing animal excrement, including an endless moisture-proof tape located at the base of the box, connected with the drive mechanism, a device for cleaning the tape and collecting excrement, a container with a disinfectant solution for washing the tape, characterized in that, in order to improve sanitary and hygienic conditions keeping animals, an endless moisture-proof tape on both sides is coated with a moisture-absorbing porous elastic material that has a moisture-permeable coating and the drive mechanism is made in the form of crimp rollers installed horizontally on both sides of the tape, located behind the container in the direction of movement of the tape, while the latter is equipped with an overturn device.

2. The device according to claim 1, with the fact that it is equipped with a chamber for drying the tape and its bactericidal disinfection by means of mercury lamps.

3. The device pops 1 and 2, characterized in that the container with a disinfectant solution is equipped with a shower for washing the surface of the tape.

4. The device according to claims 1 to 3, characterized in that under the tape there is a half-screen located between the cages for animals and a container with a disinfectant solution.
