Abstract
Изобретение относитс к струйному реактору дл высокоскоростного пиролиза твердого топлива. Цель изобретени - повышение выхода из угл жидких продуктов и повышение надежности реактора. Реактор состоит из трех частей 1 - 3 корпуса, которые соединены между собой коллектором 6. Между торцами указанных частей образуютс круговые щелевые периферийные сопла 7, 8, через которые выходит под давлением нагретый газ-носитель. В верхней части корпуса имеютс средства дл ввода мелкозернистых угл и теплоносител , в нижней - патрубок 20 дл отвода продуктов пиролиза. В корпусе расположен цилиндрический коллектор-сто к с центральными щелевыми соплами 18, 19, через которые также подаетс газ-носитель. Оси периферийных сопл 7, 8 и центральных сопл 18, 19 расположены под углом друг к другу. При подаче топлива и теплоносител , они за счет газа-носител двигаютс от сопла 18 к соплу 7, затем - к соплу 19, затем - к соплу 8, после чего - к патрубку 20. Благодар переменной скорости движени частиц достигаетс высока интенсивность теплообмена, а следовательно, повышенный выход из угл жидких продуктов, отдув потока частиц от стенок реактора уменьшает износ стенок и повышает долговечность, надежность. 4 ил.This invention relates to a jet reactor for high-speed pyrolysis of solid fuels. In the housing there is a cylindrical collector-station with central slotted nozzles 18, 19, through which the carrier gas also flows. The axes of the peripheral nozzles 7, 8 and the central nozzles 18, 19 are angled to each other. When the fuel and coolant are supplied, they move from nozzle 18 to nozzle 7, then to nozzle 19, then to nozzle 8, and then to nozzle 20. Due to the variable speed of the particles, a high heat exchange rate is obtained, and Consequently, an increased yield of coal from liquid products, otdov particle flow from the walls of the reactor reduces the wear of the walls and increases durability, reliability. 4 il.
