The invention is illustrated by the following examples.
После введени пигментной пасты композицию перемешивают 40-45 мин и вакуумируют до полного удалени воздуха (составы композиций приведены в табл,1).The plastisol composition is prepared by adding PVC resins to a container containing liquid ingredients: plasticizers, stabilizer, epoxidized soybean oil. After 10-15 minutes of mixing, the pigment paste obtained by milling titanium dioxide with DOP in a 2: 1 ratio is introduced into the composition. If a pigment is added to the composition, the pigment paste is additionally prepared by grinding the pigment with DOP in a 2: 1 ratio. After the introduction of the pigment paste, the composition is stirred for 40-45 minutes and is evacuated until air is completely removed (the compositions are shown in Table 1).
Стабильность в зкости при хранении композиции (способность сохран ть в зкость в течение определенного промежутка времени) характеризуют коэффициентом старени в течение 7 (К) и ЗО(Кзо)The initial viscosity is determined 1 day after the preparation of the composition at 20 ° C on a Reotest-2 rotational viscometer. The stability of the viscosity during storage of the composition (the ability to retain the viscosity for a certain period of time) is characterized by the aging factor for 7 (K) and 30 (KzO)
к начальной в зкости,days., i.e. “ratio of viscosity after 7 and 30 days. to initial viscosity,
Standard samples in the form of plates for sanitary-chemical and physico-mechanical tests are prepared by gelation of the composition for 10-12 minutes. Physicomechanical indicators are determined in accordance with GOST 11262-80. Determination of plasticizers in contact media was carried out by thin layer chromatography.
14041-68.Thermal stability assessment is carried out according to GOST 14041-68.
Table 2 presents the properties of plastizol compositions.
