Подшипник качени состоит из наружного и внутреннего колец и пластмассового сепаратора, перемычки которого на одном торце соединены кольцом. На другом торце на перемычках выполнен выступ в виде сегментов, заход щих с зазором в канавку, выполненную на наружном или на внутреннем кольце подшипника. На одном из колец имеетс коническа поверхность с углом конусности не более 45°. Сепаратор вставл ют при помощи нажимного стержн со стороны сплошных поверхностей на торцах наружного и внутреннего колец. Незначительна разность диаметров поверхностей сегментов и наружного и внутреннего колец гарантирует надежную установку сепаратора при отсутствии пластических деформаций его стенок. 2 з.п.ф-лы, 4 ил.The invention relates to mechanical engineering and can be used in bearing units of machines.
