Изобретение относитс  к устройствам дл  смешивани  и растворени  твердых материалов в потоке жидкости и может найти применение как в сельскохоз йственном производстве, так и в промышленности. Оно интенсифицирует процесс диспергировани  частиц твердого материала в жидкости. Устройство дл  приготовлени  растворов содержит корпус 1, с которым соединены кольцевое щелевое сопло 2, тангенциально установленный патрубок подвода жидкости 3, патрубок подачи твердого материала со сквозным отверстием 5. Соосно с соплом в смесительной камере 8 размещена лепесткова  втулка 6 со стабилизатором потока 7. Жидкость подают по патрубку 3 в корпус 1, откуда она через кольцевое сопло 2 поступает в камеру 8, воздействует на лепестковую втулку 6, привод  ее в колебательное движение. Торцы лепестков втулки выполнены со скосом со стороны набегающего вращающегос  потока жидкости. Частицы твердого материала поступают по патрубку 4 внутрь лепестковой втулки.
