Description
The invention relates to the determination of deformations and stresses in products by means of strain sensors attached to products.
The purpose of the invention is to improve the accuracy of determining the deformations due to the polarization of a dielectric with an electric domain structure by an alternating electric field.
FIG. 1 shows a diagram of the implementation of the method; in fig. 2 - scheme of the AC bridge.
7The scheme for implementing the method comprises a block 1 (Fig. 1) of an alternating voltage; which is connected to electrodes 2, between which sensing element 3 is placed. The transducer formed by electrodes 2 and sensing element 3 is fixed on product 4 by means of adhesive bonding 5. Electrodes -2 are connected to an AC bridge 6, the output of which is connected to a serial filter 7
2) переменного тока собирают из1 стандартных комплектующих по схеме двойного моста.the high frequencies, the amplifier 8 and the measuring device 9. The potential and measuring electrodes 2 are fixed with a special electrically conductive adhesive. The bridge 6 (fig. 2) of an alternating current is assembled from 1 standard components according to the double bridge scheme.
The method is carried out as follows.
A sensing element 3 made of a dielectric with an electric domain structure is fixed on the surface of the product 4, polarized with an alternating electric field. For this purpose, from the alternating voltage unit 1, a voltage is applied to the electrodes 2, which creates a polarization field. When polarization of the sensing element 3 made of a ferroelectric material is reversed, high-frequency electrical signals (Barkhausen noise) appear in the measuring bridge 6, the electrical signals are then selected by a high-pass filter 7,

Чувствительность чувствительного элемента 3 к деформации зависит от величины напр жени пол ризации блока 1 переменного напр жени .Pour the amplifier 8 and measure it with a measuring device 9. Then deform the product 4, measure the characteristics of the high-frequency components of the dielectric polarization spectrum of the sensitive element 3 (Barkhausen noise) before and after the deformation of the product. By changing these characteristics, deformations are determined. The sensitivity of the sensitive element 3 to deformation depends on the magnitude of the polarization voltage of the variable voltage unit 1.
