Abstract
Изобретение относитс к мембранному разделению растворов методами обратного осмоса, ультра-и микрофильтрации и может быть использовано, например, в пищевой промышленности дл осветлени и концентрировани плодово- годных соков. Цель изобретени - повышение производительности аппарата за счет снижени концентрационной пол ризации. Мембранный аппарат содержит профилированный стержень 1 из жесткого пористого материала с расположенными внутри него 1 сквозными продольными каналами 2, имеющими активный слой 3, штуцеры 6 и 7 соответственно дл подвода исходного раствора и вывода концентрата. Каналы 2 выполнены сообщающимис между собой при помощи расположенных по их образующим прорезей 4. В штуцере 7 вывода концентрата установлено устройство попеременного перекрыти каналов 2. 1 з.п.ф-лы, 3 ил.The invention relates to membrane separation of solutions by reverse osmosis, ultra- and microfiltration, and can be used, for example, in the food industry to clarify and concentrate fruit juices. The purpose of the invention is to increase the productivity of the apparatus by reducing the concentration polarization. The membrane unit contains a profiled rod 1 made of a rigid porous material with 1 through longitudinal channels 2 located inside it, having an active layer 3, fittings 6 and 7, respectively, for supplying the initial solution and withdrawing the concentrate. Channels 2 are made communicating with each other by means of slots 4 arranged along their forming edges.
