Изобретение относитс к станкостроению и позвол ет повысить точность обработки на станке за счет исключени люфтов и уменьшени контактных деформаций в стыках элементов портала. Вначале на основание устанавливают станину со столом и вертикальные стойки. Верхние концы стоек скрепл ют между собой с помощью продольных и поперечных перемычек. Затем изгибают стойки попарно в противоположных направлени х, причем усилие изгиба не меньше максимально возможной силы резани . Благодар этому выбираютс люфты и уменьшаютс контактные деформации в стыках элементов портала, а следовательно, повышаетс точность обработки на станке.
