Abstract
The invention is intended to study the mechanisms of agonistic forms of animal behavior. The purpose of the invention is to increase reproducibility. The zinc complex of dimethylethylamine at a dose of 0.075-0.150 mg / kg is injected into the ventricles of the animal's brain. The introduction of the zinc complex of dimethylethylamine increases the duration and intensity of the aggressive effect, which leads to an increase in reproducibility.
Description
The invention relates to experimental and clinical medicine and can be used to study the neurophysiological mechanisms of agonistic forms of animal behavior.
The purpose of the invention is to increase reproducibility.
The method is carried out as follows. The zinc complex of dimethylethylamine at a dose of 0.075-0.150 mg / kg is injected into the ventricles of the animal's brain.
Example 1. The introduction of the zinc complex of dimethylethylamine (CKD) was carried out in semi-mature outbred cats in doses of 0.01-0.15 and 1.0 mg / kg into the ventricles of the brain through chronically implanted cannulas.
The administration of CKD to cats at a dose of 0.01 mg / kg did not significantly affect their behavior. Injection at a dose of 0.15 mg / kg in two cats immediately after the introduction of the manifestation of the psychological syndrome, hyperkinesis and vocalization, which lasted for 1-16 hours.
1 day after administration, the cats showed hyperactivity towards the experimenter and intact animals.
Введение котам внутрь желудочков мозга ЦКД в дозе 1.0 мг/кг вызывало через 15-30 мин гибель животных на фоне судорог .The introduction of CKD at the dose of 1.0 mg / kg to the cats inside the ventricles of the brain caused the death of animals against seizures in 15-30 minutes.
Experimental studies were performed on 3000 outbred male rats. CKD was injected once in doses of 0.005; 0.01: 0.05; 0.075; 0.1; 0.15; 0.2; 0.25; 0.3; 0.35 mg / kg. As a control, physiological saline was administered.
Animal observations showed that injections of CKD in doses of 0.005-0.01 mg / kg did not cause any manifestations of aggressiveness. None of the rats that received injections of saline showed any aggressiveness.
Injections in doses of 0.075–0.250 mg / kg caused a prolonged (up to 15 days) increase in the defense-defensive aggressiveness of rats without pronounced adverse and toxic effects, and

The use of CKD led to the death of animals, therefore, the use of CKD in doses of more than 0.15 mg / kg is impractical.
The experimental data obtained indicate that the new method, unlike the known one, allows to increase the duration and intensity
