Abstract
Изобретение относитс к металлообработке и может быть использовано дл зажима заготовки. Цель изобретени - повышение надежности закреплени заготовки посредством увеличени усили зажима. Корпус 1 выполнен из материала с термомеханической пам тью формы, на его поверхности смонтирован нагреватель 2. Внутри корпуса 1 установлен зажимной элемент 3, выполненный в виде тонкостенного полого вала с продольными шлицами 4 на внутренней 5 и наружной 6 поверхност х. В корпусе 1 выполнены полости 7, св занные каналами 18 с источником охлаждающей среды 8. После установки заготовки 9 в зажимной элемент 3 нагревают нагреватель 2 и производ т зажим заготовки 9. После отключени нагревател 2 подают охлаждающую среду 8 в полости 7, это ускор ет процесс охлаждени корпуса 1. Заготовка 9 освобождаетс и ее вынимают из устройства. Далее цикл повтор етс . 2 ил. After the heater 2 is turned off, the cooling medium 8 is fed into the cavity 7, this accelerates cooling process for housing 1. The preform 9 is released and removed from the device.
