Изобретение относитс  к медицинской технике, а именно к механотерапевтиче- ским аппаратам. Цель изобретени  - исклю- чение травматизации тканей при разработке полицентрических суставов. Дл  устранени  вредных дополнительных нагрузок на сустав один сегмент конечности (тела) крепитс  к основанию (кушетке) 1 при помощи неподвижного ложемента 2, другой сегмент конечности закрепл етс  в подвижном ложементе 18, который в процессе разработки сустава, совершает плоское движение относительно сменных рычагов 15 с помощью ползунов 17. Движение на сменные рычаги 15 передаетс  от вала 30 электропривода 6 через винтовую пару 8. 9 и коромысла 11, имеющие присоединительные элементы, св занные со сменными рычагами 15, совершающими с коромыслами 11 возвратно-вращательные движени .
