Description
№ 1299560.The invention relates to medicine, namely medical shoes, designed to stimulate effective foot sites for prophylactic or therapeutic purposes, and is an improvement on the well-known medical shoes by auth.s. No. 1299560.
The aim of the invention is to increase the effectiveness of the effect on the anatomically characteristic points of the foot of the patient.
2.Figure 1 shows the node bottom model shoes, top view; figure 2 - section aa in figure 1; on fig.Z - section bb in figure 2.
The medical shoe contains a bottom shoe assembly that includes the sole of the shoe, on the surface of which, facing the foot, are pressing protrusions located at anatomically characteristic points, namely, an elongated and curved pressing protrusion 2 located next to the base of the toes, pressing protrusion 3 located above the arched part, giving protrusion 4 at the place of placement of the beams and pressing protrusion 5 located in the center of the forefront.
On the protrusions 2-5, magnets 6-9 are placed in the respective cavities for contact with the foot, each of which is designed as a cylindrical pin, tapered at the end facing the foot and with the collar at the opposite end.
The magnets 6-9 are placed respectively in the cavity 10-13 in the form of hollow cylinders, to the bases of which a profiled gasket 14 of ferromagnetic material leaves, which is a core for the magnetization winding 15 placed at one of its ends. a variable electric signal generator 16, a high frequency rectangular pulse nagfimer.
The side surface (wall) 17 of each of the cavities 10-13, with which one of the magnets 6-9 individually can be contacted, is made electrically conductive. All side surfaces 17 together via a polarity switch 18 with two positions (I and II) and an adjusting resistor 19 are connected in parallel with the magnetization winding 15 to an alternating electrical signal generator 16, while the side surfaces of the cavities in the pressure protrusions 2-5 , mutually alternating in the longitudinal direction of the sole 1 of the shoe, are connected to different poles (terminals) of the generator 16, namely in pressing projections 2 and 3 to one pole, and in pressing projections 4 and 5 to the other.
The sole 1 with pressing protrusions 2-5 is made of an elastic dielectric material. The magnets 6-9 are always in contact with the foot, and taking into account that the diameter of its anatomically characteristic (effective) points is 2-3 mm, the diameter of the pins of the magnets is chosen greater than this value. Elements 14-16 form a means for providing longitudinal oscillations of the magnets 6-9 in their cavities 10-13. Elements 16-18 are placed, for example, in block 20 located on the patient.
The action of the medical shoe is carried out as follows.
When fed into the magnetization winding 15 from the alternating electric signal generator 16, a corresponding magnetic field is generated around the profiled gasket 14, which interacts with the magnetic fields of the magnets 6-9, which causes their longitudinal oscillations with a small amplitude. As a result, the anatomically characteristic points of the foot at the locations of the pressure protrusions 2-5 of the static action are locally affected by mechanical conditions due to the vibration of the magnets 6-9, the frequency of which is controlled by the alternating electrical signal generator 16. At the same time, an electrical signal from the generator 16, in particular, in the form of high-frequency rectangular pulses, through electrically conductive side surfaces 17 of the cavities 10-13 is applied to the foot-contact magnets 6-9, which leads to electrical stimulation (irritation) of the corresponding anatomically characteristic points of the foot . By adjusting the resistor 19, the required value of this electrical signal is set below the pain threshold, and using the polarity switch 18, it is reversed.
Thus, the proposed medical shoe is characterized by a high efficiency of impact on the anatomically characteristic points of the patient’s foot due to the complex effect on the foot of four factors together, namely the static effect of pressure lugs, the magnetic field of the magnets installed in them, and the vibrations oscillating in their longitudinal direction. and electrical stimulation of the corresponding zones of the foot,
