Abstract
The invention relates to the provision of fire safety for cabinets with electronic equipment in confined spaces, for example, in computer centers. The purpose of the invention is to increase the efficiency of fire extinguishing in cabinets with electronic equipment. The method of stewing is as follows. A fire extinguisher is supplied through the nozzle to the inlet part of the disconnected ventilation system. Supplied PTS are injected into the gas mixture from the exhaust duct, mixed with PTS, compressed, and evenly fed through the cabinets. At the same time, FFA is supplied from outside the cabinets to room 1 or
Description
The invention relates to fire fighting equipment and can be used to protect stationary and non-stationary volumes (rooms) having electronic equipment cabinets.
The aim of the invention is to increase the efficiency of extinguishing electronic equipment placed in p cabinets.
The drawing shows an assembly for implementing this method.
The unit includes a closed ventilation system for cabinets consisting of fan 1, supply 2 and exhaust 3 ducts, cabinets 4 with electronic equipment and flow regulators 5 installed at the input of cabinets, check valve 6: limited volume 7, surrounding systems / ventilation cabinets; fire extinguishing system consisting of a detection system causing a remotely controlled or automatic triggering of the feed shut-off device 8
12.OTV from cylinders 9, line 10 and injector nozzle 12.
The device works as follows
Upon receiving a signal from the fire detectors, the power supply to the fan 1 and other electrical appliances is cut off. A signal is given to open the shut-off device 8 and the supply of waste gases from the cylinder 9.. The extinguishing agent is fed through line 10 and irrigators 11 into the cabin from above, and through line 10. nozzle-injector 12 into the ventilation system from below into the initial part of the intake duct 2. Moreover, the diameters of the holes in the cabin sprayers and their number, as well as the diameter of the hole of the nozzle-injector are calculated so that the flow of OTV into the ventilation system and outside of it provides the same average volume concentration of OTV during its production. The OTV jet coming out of the nozzle injects the gas mixture from the exhaust duct through the fan, as well as

Испытани показали, что предлагаемый способ пожаротушени обеспечивает эффективное пожаротушение .through a line with a check valve 6. delivers it to the inlet part of the duct, mixing with the OTV coming through the nozzle, creates a slight compression of the flow in the inlet duct. In the ventilation system, for the time of the release of the OTV, there is a forced closed circulation of the gas mixture of air and OTV with a growing concentration of the OTV over time. The cost controllers 5 installed at the entrance to each cabinet ensure the same costs. Moreover, the adjustment of the regulators to equal expenses in the cabinets is carried out when debugging the ventilation system, for example, anemometers measure the flow rate at the cabinet outlet. Tests have shown that the proposed fire extinguishing method provides effective fire extinguishing.
The use of the proposed method of extinguishing fires of electronic equipment in cabinets provides the following in comparison with existing ones.
The creation of a forced closed flow of a gas mixture with an increasing concentration allows one to create the required concentration over the entire protected volume in less time. In addition, due to
созданной равномерной концентрации и равномерного распределени ОТВ по шкафам и более длительной выдержки требуемой концентрации увеличиваетс эффективность тушени при меньшем расходе ОТВ.created uniform concentration and uniform distribution of flue fluids in the cabinets and longer exposures of the required concentration increase the quenching efficiency with less flue consumption.
