Abstract
п. The invention relates to the technology of viscose fibers, filaments, shells and cellophane and can be used to obtain viscose in batch apparatus. The invention makes it possible to increase the NOH of alkali cellulose from 90 to 105-118 and the filterability of viscose from 270 to 360-430 cm. This is due to the fact that during the first 2-5 minutes, the mercerization is carried out at a pressure of 0.01 MPa. At the same time, after the reagents are loaded, pulsation, with a frequency of 1-5 oscillations per 1 / min, the pressure can be changed from atmospheric to 0.01 MPa, followed by holding the reaction mass at this pressure for 2-5 minutes, after which the apparatus is set atmospheric pressure and continue the process of mercerization. 1 hp f-ly, 1 tab.

Изобретение относитс к технологии вискозных волокон, нитей, оболочек и целлофана и может быть использовано при пол- учении вискозы в аппаратах периодического действи .The invention relates to the technology of viscose fibers, filaments, shells and cellophane and can be used in the preparation of viscose in batch apparatus.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the viscosity of filterability.
П р и м е р 1. 105.EXAMPLE 1 To obtain viscose containing 9.1% alpha cellulose and 6.6% sodium hydroxide, 585 l of sodium hydroxide solution of 270 g / l and 250 kg of 93% cellulose are charged into the viscose machine. alpha cellulose and 6% water. Mercerization module is 2.34. After loading the reagents in the apparatus, the pressure is reduced to 0.01 MPa and maintained for 3 minutes. As a result of the mercerization of cellulose, grinding and destruction of alkali cellulose at 52-54 ° C for 120 minutes, alkaline cellulose is obtained with an indicator of 105.
Alkaline cellulose xanthogenic carbon disulfide in the amount of 34% by weight of alpha cellulose. After dissolving cellulose xantogenate within 6 hours, viscose of a given composition is obtained.
3.With a viscosity of 45 seconds, the filterability of viscose through a standard mesh of 10 minutes is 400 cm 3.
