Description
д.), причем необходимость такой защиты вызвана тем, что дл указанных условий лакокрасочные покрыти не эффективны из-за малого срока службы (не более двух-трех лет).The invention relates to building materials, namely, compositions for anti-corrosive impregnation of building structures, and may find application for the protection against corrosion of concrete building structures used in industrial production workshops associated with increased heat generation, such as metallurgical (construction of blast furnaces and rolling mills ), coke-chemical (coke-oven battery construction) and ore preparation (construction of the primary mixture of charge, galleries, etc.), and Axle such protection due to the fact that the conditions for said paint coating are not effective because of the low service life (up to two to three years).
The purpose of the invention is to reduce water absorption and increase the corrosion resistance of reinforced concrete products operating at elevated temperatures.
Specific examples of performance and physico-mechanical properties of the properties are shown in the table.

Oxidized ceresin (MNI-7 additive) is a product obtained by oxidation according to the standard of ceresin grades 75 or 80, and is intended to improve the protective properties of greases. It is characterized by the following properties: a homogeneous viscous product of a light yellow color, an acid number of 55-75 mg KOH per 1 g of the product, a saponification number of 120-140 mg KOH per 1 g of the product, a dropping temperature not lower than 60 ° C.
The carriers of protective properties are the esters and compounds that are included in the composition of the MNI-7 and contain lactone or lactide groups along with free carboxyls and hydroxyls. These compounds are referred to as ether acids. The ether acids formed during oxidation of ceresin have a branched structure. They form, in a mixture, oriented quasicrystalline structures, the nuclei of which are primary adsorbed monolayers associated with the surface of concrete by chemical or secondary valences. At the same time, the resistance to penetration of aggressive components through the layers of the protective composition increases, the adhesion properties are improved.
The composition is prepared by mixing components heated to 80–90 ° C for 2–3 min and then applied with a layer of about 1 mm to the surface of concrete cube samples with a side of 7 cm. Samples are placed in a heating cabinet where - Meni is subjected to heating at 60 - 100 ° C.
Part of the samples after 1.3 and 6 months of heating at 80 ° C is tested for capillary
The corrosion resistance coefficient of concrete samples in a 5% N32S04 solution is determined after 6 months of aggressive action.
The use of the proposed composition for the protection against corrosion of building concrete and reinforced concrete structures, which are used under conditions of exposure to elevated temperatures, makes it possible to increase the protective properties of concrete under these conditions and increase the service life of building structures of the main industries of ferrous metallurgy.
