Description
The invention relates to the production of glass-thermoplastic thermoplastics, in particular to sizing compositions for glass fibers and can be used in the chemical and other sectors of the national economy.
The aim of the invention is to improve the quality of thermoplastics and the processability of glass yarn,
1:4.Fiberglass sizing for thermoplastics is prepared by the following method. 8 mixer load 8-8.2 wt.h. polyvinyl acetate dispersion and 1-1,2 wt.h. dibutyl sebacate, mix thoroughly, then the mixture is dissolved in water at a weight ratio of 1: 5. Then 0.5-1.0 wt.h. a copolymer of ethylene oxide with ethylene glycol, previously diluted with hot water in a mass ratio of 1: 4.
ч. Separately, 0.5-0.6 wt.h. u-aminopropyltriethoxysilane in water, in

89- 90 wt.h. water to a viscosity of 10–12 s and stirred.
ч. Separately prepare a 10% paraffin emulsion. To do this, the components of the sizing melted and heated to 75-85 ° С, including, parts by weight: paraffin 1.6 g 1.7; stearin 0.6-0.7; petrolatum 2-2.1; preparation OS-20 1.2-1.3, is metered into the mixer with water heating. There are added 2-2.5 wt.h. transformer oil. The mixture is thoroughly mixed until a homogeneous mass is obtained. 3, the resulting mass is poured 17-18 ma.ch. water heated to 70 ° C and thoroughly mixed until a homogeneous emulsion is formed. 2-2.5 parts by weight are introduced into the resulting emulsion. dicyandiamide formaldehyde resin and 71-72 wt.h. water with a temperature of 30-35 ° C.
After that, a 10% paraffin emulsion is introduced into the solution based on polyvinyl acetate dispersion at a ratio of (2.7-3.3): (0.7-1.3) and thoroughly mixed for 10-15 minutes until homogeneous mass.
Fiberglass on this sizing has an average specific breaking load of 6.74 mN / tex (gf / tex). The roving impregnated with the sizing agent is well chopped, uniformly dosed, not hung in the dispenser hopper,
