Изобретение относитс к производству длинномерных изделий типа проволоки, узких лент и др. Изобретение позвол ет повысить качество покрыти и производительность процесса за счет способа получени покрыти на длинномерных издели х, заключающегос в нагрепе подготовленной металлической поверхности до 300-350°С в течение 3,0-4,0 с, нанесение вибровихревым напылением поливинилхлоридной композиции и последующей термообработке нанесенной композиции при 250-280°С в течение 1,5-2,0 с, а затем при 230-250°С в течение 9,0-12,0 с. 1 табл.The invention relates to the production of long products such as wire, narrow strips, etc. The invention improves the quality of the coating and the productivity of the process due to the method of obtaining the coating on long products, consisting in heating the prepared metal surface to 300-350 ° C for 3 , 0-4.0 s, spraying a polyvinyl chloride composition and subsequent heat treatment of the applied composition at 250-280 ° C for 1.5-2.0 s, and then at 230-250 ° C for 9 0-12.0 s. 1 tab.

Цель изобретени - улучшение качества покрыти и повышение производительности .The purpose of the invention is to improve the quality of the coating and increase productivity.
Способ осуществл ют следующим образом .The method is carried out as follows.
Проволоку, прошедшую ванну обезжиривани , нагревают в узле электроконтактного нагрева до 300-350°С в течение 3-4 с. а затем изделие поступает в камеру вибровихревого напылени , где на него нанос т слой порошковой полимерной поливинилхлоридной композиции и одновременно происходит перва ступень охлаждени проволоки до 280-250°С в течение 1,5-2,0 с. Далее проволока со слоем полимера проходит зону формировани покрыти при 230- 250°С, где за счет тепла, накопленного при предварительном нагреве, полимер расплавл етс с образованием ровного гл нцевого покрыти . Врем формировани покрыти 9-12 с.
