Изобретение относитс к медицине, а именно к травматологии, ортопедии в лечении адактилии первого, второго пальцев. С целью обеспечени функции схвата кисти при сохранении суставной поверхности головки первой, второй п стных костей путем формировани п стно-фалангового сустава отдел ют межкостные мышцы от дисталь- ной части второй п стной кости, пересекают в средней трети вторую п стную кость, сопоставл ют ее суставную поверхность с суставной поверхностью первой п стной кости, формируют между ними капсулу, присоедин ют к перемещенной части второй п стной кости сухожили длинного сгибател и разгибател 1 пальца. Дистальный конец сформированного пальца закрывают круглым стеблем, выкроенным на грудной клетке. Дистальный конец сформированной основной фаланги закрывают круглым стеблем, выкроенным в области грудной клетки. Временную фиксацию 1-го пальца осуществл ют спицей, проведенной по оси луча.
