Abstract
This invention relates to medicine, in particular to dentistry. The purpose of the invention is to approach the clinical course due to the development of specific morphological changes. The imposition of a metal ring, limiting the lumen of the channel to 1/3 of the original, and the violation of the outflow of saliva leads to changes in the gland characteristic of chronic sialoadenitis. These changes are traced from 5-7 to 60 days after the operation.
Description
This invention relates to experimental medicine.
The predominant area of use is the testing of surgical treatments and the testing of new drugs in the field of dentistry.
Целью изобретени вл етс приближение к клиническому течению за счет развити специфических морфологических изменений .The aim of the invention is to approach the clinical course due to the development of specific morphological changes.
The method is carried out as follows.
The operation was performed under general anesthesia by intravenous administration of a 2% solution of hexenal at the rate of 5 mg per 1 kg of the body weight of the animal. An oral mucosa with a length of 2 cm is cut in the right lower abdominal area parallel to the line of 4-2 teeth, 0.8–1 cm indentation. The submandibular duct is separated from the gland in a dull way. After isolating a portion of the submandibular duct, its wall is longitudinally cut and the diameter is measured.
To artificially narrow the lumen of the duct posterior to the incision line, a metal ring is fixed around the duct. The diameter of the residual bore of the duct is 1/3 of the original. The wound is sutured with catgut, and the duct walls are fixed to the edges of the incision of the mucous membrane of the sublingual region.
As a material for a metal ring, wire is used for orthodito machines with a diameter of 0.6 mm.
A set of instruments for probing the ducts of the salivary glands H-169, manufactured in the USSR, is used to measure the diameter of the duct.
The initial manifestations of chronic inflammation in the salivary gland are detected 5-7 days after surgery.
A mongrel dog weighing 11 kg is introduced into anesthesia using hexenal. An incision of the mucous membrane of the oral cavity is made 2 cm long.
