Abstract

Изобретение относитс к обработке металлов резанием, а именно к обработке резьбы, и может быть использовано дл нарезани резьбы в гайках с малым диаметром резьбы. Цель изобретени - улучшение качества резьбы за счет исключени повреждени хвостовиком метчика внутреннего диаметра резьбы. Патрон состоит из цилиндрического корпуса 1 с коническим хвостовиком 2, съемного вкла дыша 3, расположенного в пазу 4 корпуса 1, втулки 5, охватывающей корпус 1 с вкладышем 3 и поджимающей его к корпусу 1 так, что в плоскост х разъема они образуют изогнутый канал 6 дл установки кривого метчика 7 с гайками 8. В пазу 11 корпуса 1 посредством винта 12 закреплен регулируемый основной упор 13„ В пазу 15 вкладыша 3 посредством винта 16 закреплен дополнительный регулируемый упор 17.
