Description
The invention relates to the technology of knitwear, namely, the structure and the production of double knit curry.
The purpose of the invention is to improve the openwork effect and reduce the material intensity of knitwear.
Figure 1 shows the structure of the double weft knit; Fig. 2 shows a graphical record of the laying of threads in the case of a double-headed knit fabric.
Double knit jersey (Fig J) contains two layers and is formed from two systems
Прессовые наоyarns: W to form a looped structure of the face layer and H2 to form a looped structure of the back layer. The backing layer is formed by loops 1, which are mainly connected by interlacing the curly surface. The front layer of the knitwear contains the skeletons of the loops 2, connected by a broach 3, and the skeletons of the loops 4, connected to each other through press sketches 5 on the loops x 1 of the backing layer. For every two hinged pillars of the back layer there is one hinged pillar of the face. Pressing

4.The shots 5 are located on pairs of purl loops 1 between the corresponding face loops 4. In this case, there is an increase in the open-ended effect, as the elasticity of the sketches 5 increases and the reserve for spreading the loops 4 increases.
The seamy layer can be formed by different single ones. I interlacing, but the most preferable from the standpoint of improving the consumer properties of knitwear and its material consumption is the curly smooth surface.
2.The use of a thicker nig to form the face layer allows to increase the surface filling of the knit fabric. Therefore, it is more prescriptive that the linear density of the filaments H exceed the linear density of the filaments H2.
On the front side of the knitwear, according to the pattern repeat, smooth sections 6 are formed, which are a combination of the cores of the loops 2 connected by broaches 3, and openwork sections 7, representing the aggregate of the cores of the loops 2 with broaches 3 and the cores of the loops 4 with the outline 5. On smooth sections of the b canvas skeleton loops 2 are arranged vertically. The cores of the loops 4 on the openwork areas of the canvas under the action of the elasticity of the outline 5 are moved apart, forming openwork opaque holes. The combination of the connection of the loop loops in the adjacent hinge columns through press sketches 5 and broach 3 allows to obtain an openwork pattern of the mesh type. At the same time, the number of additional sketches placed along the hinge pillar on the seamy side should not be less than two to achieve a sufficient expressiveness of the openwork effect, otherwise the effect is not very impressive. The most preferred is a combination of four sketches and four prints on openwork areas.
Smooth portions of the canvas 6 can form a relief effect, especially using npii for the back layer of yarns with a greater shrinkage rate than for the face layer (shrinkage can occur both during the removal of the canvas from the machine and during the finishing process).
Knitwear is produced on a two-piece machine in the filling machine (fi (2) I-XII - into the hall systems of the machine. In the odd-size in the hall systems (I, III, V, VII, IX, XI), Hi threads are formed on needles 8 of the same thickness the cores of loops 2 and 4 of the front layer, connected respectively by grommets 3 and
В четных в зальных систе- мах(Н, IV, VIII, X, ХН)из нитей Н2 формируют петли 1 изнаночного сло на иглах 9, вв зы ва в полотно наброски 5, образованные в предшествующих системах.sketches 5 formed on the needles 9 of another needle case. The needles 9 are selected in pairs according to the raport for sketching in these systems. In even in the hall systems (H, IV, VIII, X, XN), H2 filaments form loops 1 of the backing layer on needles 9, inserting 5 into the canvas, the sketches 5 formed in the preceding systems.
The ratio of the number of looped rows of the front and back layers can be different. For example, one row of a purl can fall into two rows of the facial layer. In this case, both the relief effect and the openwork are enhanced (due to a more extended outline, the HЈJ loop and the backing layer consist of two sketches; short and elongated). A variety of options is practically unlimited.
