Внутри полой фрезы размещено шнековое сверло, хвостовик которого св зан с приводом и, посредством понижающего редуктора с полой фрезой. Пола  фреза, враща сь со скоростью 100-80 об/мин, будет удал ть продукты резани  и костный мозг, что исключает повышение внутрикост- ного давлени .
