Abstract
Изобретение относитс к медицине, конкретно - к устройствам дл получени пр мых каналов в трубчатых кост х. Цель изобретени - обеспечение возможности выполнени декомпрессии бедренной кости при выполнении в ней продольного канала. Внутри полой фрезы размещено шнековое сверло, хвостовик которого св зан с приводом и, посредством понижающего редуктора с полой фрезой. Пола фреза, враща сь со скоростью 100-80 об/мин, будет удал ть продукты резани и костный мозг, что исключает повышение внутрикост- ного давлени . Устройство содержит корпус 1 с окном 2, привод 3, сверло б, полумуфту 17, гибкий вал 19, ориентир, кондукторную втулку. 2 ил.The invention relates to medicine, specifically to devices for obtaining straight channels in tubular bones.
