Abstract
The invention relates to agriculture and can be used to determine the extent of damage to the seeds of cereal crops by Fusarium. The aim of the invention is to increase labor productivity in the analysis of seeds of grain crops for Fusarium infection. The goal is achieved by the fact that an average sample of winter wheat grain with a moisture content of 12–16% was placed in a cuvette and analyzed on an Infratid-61 type PC analyzer at a wavelength of 1488 nm and 1532 nm. In order to increase the accuracy of the analysis, the average of four determinations obtained when the cell was rotated by 90 ° C was taken as the result. The degree of damage to the grain by Fusarium was determined by the formula Y K + Ki OnWi Kg, where K, Kch and "2" are the constants of the graduation equation; OP is optical density; Wi and Л / 2 - analytical wavelengths, 1488 and 1532 mm, respectively; Y - degree of damage to the grain by Fusarium,%. Using the method of infrared spectroscopy to assess the degree of damage to the grain by Fusarium reduced the time spent on performing one analysis from 60 to 6 - 8 minutes. sl C
Description
The invention relates to agriculture and can be used to determine the extent to which seeds of cereal crops are damaged by fusarium in laboratories of the agrochemical service, veterinary service, seed inspection and seed farming facilities.
The purpose of the invention is to increase labor productivity in the analysis of grain.
P p „and measures 1. From 5 batches of winter wheat grains weighing 100–180 tons with a humidity of 12–16%, average samples of at least 2 kg are taken. From an average sample, freed from coarse sulfuric impurities, two weights of mass 50.0 ± 0.1 g were isolated from a sample with a mass of 50.0 ± 0.1 g in good light conditions, grains with signs of fusariosis were isolated. Fusarium grains isolated from each sample are weighed on scales with
Accuracy up to 0.01 g. The ratio or the degree of damage to the grain by Fusarium is calculated by the ratio of the mass of grain isolated with signs of fusarium to the weight.
15.7; 4,9; 21,4; 12,2; 7,6%.In the samples of grain analyzed in this way, the degree of damage by fusarium was 15.7; 4.9; 21.4; 12.2; 7.6%.
Example 2, From the samples (as in example 1) take the grain, placed in the measuring cell and analyze on the infrared analyzer type Infrapid-61. In the analysis using analytical wavelengths equal to 1488 and 1523 nm. To calculate the analysis results, use the formula
Y К + KvbnWi + KvOnW2. где К, Ki и Kj- константы градуировочного уравнени ;Y K + KvbnWi + KvOnW2. where K, Ki and Kj are the constants of the calibration equation;
ОП - оптическа плотность;OP is optical density;

5; 22,1; 11,6; 6,8%.According to the results of the analysis of grain samples, the degree of damage to the grain by fusarium was 16.3; o, 5; 22.1; 11.6; 6.8%.
The results of mathematical processing of data obtained by a known method, organolytic evaluation and the proposed method of IR spectroscopy showed their good convergence. The correlation coefficient is 0.99 with a standard error of 0.77. The whole process of determining the degree of damage to grain samples by fusarium on a PC analyzer was 6-8 minutes, and by a known method 60 minutes.
