The purpose of the invention is to increase reliability by reducing the voltage drop across the most loaded insulators closest to the wires.
FIG. 1 shows a supporting insulating suspension of a loop of wires of an overhead power line phase, top view; in fig. 2 - the same, a section of a loop with a loopback transitional clamp; in fig. 3 - axonometric suspension.
The supporting insulating suspension of the cable loop of the 1st phase of the overhead transmission line contains two branches of the loop with a different number of components.
Около петлевого переходного зажима 9 с двух сторон устанавливаютс глухие дистанционные распорки 10 и 11, закрепл емые одновременно на балке 7 с цель юdouble-chain bend of insulator 2 (chains are arranged at a certain angle to each other), coupling fittings 3, with which it is attached to the adjacent rack of the anchor-angular support 4, supporting clip, made of parts 5 and 6, connected by beam 7 (in the form of a pipe) with a boat 8. Wires 1 of the cable, fixed in boats 8 of the supporting clamp parts 5 and 6, are interconnected by a loop-shaped transition clamp 9 (wire connection assembly) in the area of reduced gravity, namely between parts 5 and 6 since the traction of wires 1 of the loop is transmitted to of about 0.5-0.6 m from the loop clamp 9. 7.preventing the loop transition terminal 9 from touching the wires 1 and the beam 7.
In each part 5 and 6 of the supporting clamp, one of the branches of the loop is made with the number of boats 8 corresponding to the number of wires 1 in the branches of the x loop. Each of the branches of the stub is made of horizontal and inclined sections. With this, the supporting clamp parts 5 and 6 are mounted to the beam 7 at an angle / 3 equal to half the angle a, formed by the horizontal and inclined sections of the loop, and the loop-shaped transition clamp 9 is installed between the supporting clamp parts 5 and 6 at an equal distance from them and from the chains of the isolator wire 2. The body of the loop transition junction 9 is made in the form of a ring and is placed between the chains of the wire of the insulator 2 at the same distance together with protective shields 12 and 13, which are mounted on the outer sides of parts 5 and 6 living clamp. In order to reduce the labor intensity during installation and to ensure uniform pulling of the branches of wires 1 of the cable, the beam 7 is pivotally connected with parts 5 and 6 of the supporting clamp (hinge 14 in the plane of the cable). In order to avoid damage to the wires 1 on the reinforcement in the joints of the chains of insulators 2 to the beam 7, the suspension is equipped with protective sleeves 15 (of the type MPR) mounted on wires 1 of the horizontal branch of the loop.
The suspension is mounted as follows.
После этого производитс окончательное закрепление элементов подвески и ее перегруппировка, на этом монтаж заканчиваетс .At the rack of the anchor-angular support 4, wires of the 1st phase of the cable of measured length are drawn (the cut-off end clamps are installed on the cut ends of the branches of the loop). Then, parts 5 and 6 of the supporting clamp are mounted on the wires 1 of the loop, a loop clamp 9 is inserted between them (the wires 1 of the loop are pressed into its hardware clips), blind spacers 10 and 11 are fixed on both sides of the loop loop clamp 9 near the parts 5 and 6 of the supporting clamp, protective screens 12 and 13 are installed, a beam 7 is located inside the loop, fixed to parts 5 and 6, and the chains of the conductor of the insulators 2 are connected to it, supporting the pole 4. After this finished The fixing of the suspension elements and its rearrangement, the installation ends there.
The proposed suspension makes it possible to abandon the construction of an additional console, which is particularly large in size with an increase in the voltage class of the lines, an increase in the number of component wires in the phase, which makes it possible to significantly reduce the metal consumption. The suspension design reduces the voltage drop across the most loaded insulators closest to the wires, which increases the reliability of its operation. In addition, the articulation of the attachment of the parts of the supporting clip to the beam makes it possible to increase reliability by stabilizing the position of the clip under the wire. Thus, on the whole, according to its technical characteristics, the present suspension is more effective in comparison with the known variants of a similar purpose.
и целесообразна к практическому использованию .and appropriate for practical use.
