Подвижна балка 2 шарнирно оперта на опоры 4 посредством звеньев 5 и св зана штоком 6 с гидроцилиндром 7. При хранении рулонов большего диаметра подвижна балка 2 находитс в нижнем положении, при этом рулоны хран тс на ложементах 3, установленных на стационарных балках 1.
