Пластины 9 и 10 вместе с обводными втулками 11, обработанными совместно и имеющими разность по высоте в пределах 0,002 - 0,003 мм, позвол ют получить в сборе точную и жесткую коробчатую форму, имеющую стабильную плоскостность в широком температурном диапазоне.and the top 10 plates, between which the bypass sleeves 11 are located. The plates 9 and 10, together with the bypass sleeves 11, processed together and having a height difference in the range of 0.002 - 0.003 mm, make it possible to assemble a precise and rigid box-like shape with stable flatness in a wide temperature range.
Plates 9 and 10 have grooves 12 for accommodating magnetic heads 13 and protrusions 14, in the zone of which sleeves 11 are installed to obtain the required angles of coverage of magnetic heads (MG). To reduce the area of contact with the ML, part of the protrusions of the upper and lower plates may have grooves 15 located along the direction of movement of the ML (Fig. 3). In the base 2 of the cassette grooves are made to accommodate the leading

1 ведущие валы 16, прижимные ролики 17, магнитные головки 13 условно показаны пунктиром).the shafts 16 and the pinch rollers 17 installed in the tape drive mechanism (in Fig. 1, the drive shafts 16, the pinch rollers 17, magnetic heads 13 are conventionally shown by a dotted line).
The cassette works as follows.
When the cassette is inserted into the apparatus, the ML 4 presses the rollers 17 on the drive shafts 16, moves as they rotate in the longitudinal direction and winds onto one of the cores 3. As a result of the interaction of the magnetic tape rolls located on both cores 3, the belt 6 is wound ML on the receiving core with a certain tension. When moving from the supply core, the ML is first contacted with a guide roller 8 having a relatively large diameter. Due to the greater angle of coverage of the roller, the longitudinal oscillations of the ML are significantly reduced. Then, the drive shafts move the ML in the area of the magnetic heads 13, where the guide plates 9 and 10 limit the ability of the ML to move in the transverse direction and thereby significantly reduce the transverse movements of the ML in the area of the magnetic heads. The latter is achieved by placing bushings 11 between the guide plates, the height of which is approximately equal to the width ML. At the same time, in order to reduce the contact area of the ML with the guide plates, the same protrusions 14 are made in each plate, one of which or two is in contact with the ML. The choice of a specific number of protrusions in contact with the ML, and their location depends on the location of the magnetic heads and the type of ML. To increase the service life of the ML part of the protrusions of the plates have grooves 15. Moving in the longitudinal direction, the ML comes into contact with another drive shaft 16 and falls on the second guide
Диаметры рулонов МЛ измен ютс и подвижный ролик 7, прижимаемый ремнем 6 к рулонам с МЛ, обеспечивает требуемое нат жение МЛ и, как следствие, ее плотную укладку.roller 8, which reduces the lateral movement of the ML, caused by the drive shaft, and thereby provides a qualitative layout of the ML on the core in the transverse direction. The diameters of the rolls ML vary and the movable roller 7, pressed by the belt 6 to the rolls with the ML, provides the required tension ML and, as a result, its tight installation.
