The goal is to increase the efficiency of extinguishing fires by uniformly distributing refrigerant in a fire extinguishing stream. The hydrocarbon fuel is burned until oxygen content in the combustion products is 14-17%, then the combustion products are cooled with sprayed water to 250-100 ° C, and the sprayed refrigerant is introduced into the resulting gas-vapor mixture. At the same time, the volume fraction of the chladone should be 1.0-1.4% of the vapor-gas mixture, passing the vapor-gas mixture through the mesh to which the frother solution is fed with a mass concentration of 8.0-6.0%. This content of freon and oxygen allows to extinguish the fiery burning and prevent explosions. The transport length of the fire extinguishing mixture is significantly increased.

The invention relates to the coal industry, in particular, to methods for producing a fire extinguishing mixture for extinguishing underground fires.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the efficiency of extinguishing fires by uniformly distributing the refrigerant in the fire extinguishing stream.
8,0-6,0%.The method of obtaining a fire extinguishing mixture for extinguishing underground fires includes the following operations: burning hydrocarbon fuel to 14-17% oxygen in it, cooling the combustion products with sprayed water to a temperature of 250-100ES, introducing sprayed refrigerant into the resulting vapor-gas mixture with a volume content of 1.0 -1.4% of the gas mixture and passing the mixture through the grid, which serves the solution of the foaming agent with a mass concentration of 8.0-6.0%.
(1,0-1,4).The combustion of hydrocarbon fuels must be carried out until the oxygen content is not lower than 14-17%, because when adding refrigerant to the fire extinguishing mixture, a chemical reaction is inhibited in the flame, i.e. freon produces an inhibitory effect. When the gas is cooled with water spray, the fraction of oxygen decreases to 11-14%. This oxygen content makes it possible to obtain a fire-extinguishing explosion-proof mixture with a slight addition of freon (1.0-1.4).

3%.course of freon. So for the fire-extinguishing mixture in air, the content of freon should be at least 3%.
The temperature limit of 250-100 ° C, to which the combustion products are cooled, is due to the quick and safe evaporation of the refrigerant, which, if sprayed at lower temperatures, may not evaporate (boiling point 47 ° C) and go to the drain together with the uncontaminated water. A higher temperature leads to decomposition of the freon; in addition, at high temperatures, some components of the blowing mixture disintegrate. The half-life of the foam-forming compositions used to produce foam occurs at a temperature of 400-450 ° C.
8,0-6,0%.The volume fraction of the refrigerant is 1.0-1.4% with the oxygen content of 14-17%, which is optimal for eliminating the flame ash and preventing explosions. This effectiveness of extinguishing the fire is achieved by delivering the refrigerant to the center of the fire in full, transporting it in a stable, stable foam (because the specific gravity of gaseous refrigerant is 7-8 times higher than the weight of the vapor-gas mixture. Get a stable foam on a vapor-gas basis with high temperature is possible at a mass concentration of foaming solution of 8.0-6.0%.
Thus, due to its high stability, the foam is transported to the fire at a distance of up to 400 m. The temperature of the combustion products 250-100 ° C contributes to the rapid and safe evaporation of freon. The length of transportation of the fire extinguishing mixture with freon increases by 3-4 times in comparison with the prototype. In addition, the optimal content of freon is 1.0-1.4% and low oxygen content
