Abstract
Изобретение относитс к транспортному машиностроению, в частности к устройствам дл управлени ступенчатыми коробками передач с переключением передач без разрыва потока мощности в трансмиссии Цель изобретени - повышение долговечности фрикционных муфт путем повышени надежности их полного включени и выключени . Устройство состоит из источника рабочей жидкости и след щей системы управлени фрикционными элементами муфт включени и переключени передач. На кулачковом механизме 19 дополнительно установлен второй кулачок 21 со стороны, противоположной первому, при этом шток 18 гидрораспределител кинематически св зан с золотником 8 с возможностью свободного хода. При передвижении кулачкового механизма, кинематически св занного с рычагом переключени передач, происходит плавное воздействие на золотник 8 гидрораспределител . Давление рабочей жидкости в гидроцилиндре 1 муфты увеличиваетс или уменьшаетс . Муфта 1 соответственно плавно включаетс или выключаетс . В случае зависани золотника устройство гарантирует полное включение или выключени передач, что обеспечивает надежность и долговечность фрикционных элементов гидроподжимных муфт. 3 ил. The pressure of the working fluid in the hydraulic cylinder 1 of the coupling increases or decreases. Clutch 1 is smoothly on or off, respectively.
