Abstract
Изобретение относитс к машиностроению и может быть использован дл разрушени пены и отделени жидкости от газа, выбрасываемого в атмосферу. Цель изобретени - повышение качества очистки выбрасываемого в атмосферу газа, выделенного при пеноразрушении. Пеногаситель содержит корпус t, сопло 2 и дефлектор 3, на одном уровне с коротым установлен перфорированный цилиндр А с наклонными отверсти ми 6, на верхнем срезе цилиндра установлен перфорированный конический козырек 5, а на нижнем - изогнутые перфорированные ребра 7, ниже ребер между фланцами 8 корпуса установлен пакет конических сит 9, имеющих у основани конуса каналы 10 дл стока жидкости. Пенный продукт , поступающий в устройство снизу через патрубок 11, проходит сит и попадает в поток газа, движущегос с большой скоростью горизонтально во всех направлени х. Жидкость, выделивша с при разрушении пены на поверхности перфорированных деталей , стекает в зазор между цилиндром 4 и корпусом 1, а также через каналы 10 дл стока. 2 ил.
