Abstract
The invention relates to radiology. The purpose of the invention is to increase the intensity of contrasting of the gallbladder and biliary tract. In patients with no contrasting shadow of the gallbladder after oral cholecystography, 9-10 hours before taking an X-ray contrast agent, they are administered subcutaneously or intramuscularly 2.0-3.0 ml % ascorbic acid. The method allows, in 85% of cases, to obtain an intense shadow of the image of the gallbladder in the absence of its contrasting after primary cholecystography.
Description
The invention relates to medicine, namely to radiography.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the contrast intensity.
The method is carried out as follows.
In the absence of a gall bladder shadow, after oral administration of a contrast agent, 2.0-3.0 ml of a 5% ascorbic acid solution are subcutaneously or intramuscularly injected into the patient and on the same day (in the evening) the patient repeatedly takes the contrast agent.
Example 1. A patient underwent a cholecystography, but the shadow of the gallbladder was not contrasted. The patient was intramuscularly injected with 2.0 ml of a 5% aqueous solution of ascorbic acid, after 9 hours the patient takes a contrast agent. The next day repeated holegrams were produced, on which they determined intense, homogeneous, with clear contours the shadow of the gall
После приема двух желтков объем желчного пузыр уменьшилс на 70%, интенсивность тени его уменьшилась.bubble After taking two yolks, the volume of the gallbladder decreased by 70%, the intensity of its shadow decreased.
Example 2. Ill with a diagnosis of chronic pancreatitis, gallbladder was examined by oral cholecystography. On the cholegram, the shadow of the gallbladder is not detected. An intramuscular patient was injected with 3.0 ml of 5% ascorbic acid. After 10 hours, a patient received a contrast agent. The next day, an X-ray examination was performed. On cholecystograms, the shadow of the gallbladder was defined, with the presence of many small stones, the contours of the gallbladder are clear, but uneven, the shadow of the gallbladder is intense
5 4According to the proposed method, about 80 patients were studied, in which a preliminary study by a known method was not informative. At the same time, preO5 4
