Abstract
Изобретение относитс к устройствам дл обезвоживани строительного щебн в промышленности нерудных строительных материалов. Цель изобретени - повышение износостойкости пластин. Монослой исходного влажного материала подают порци ми с помощью дозатора 2 под удар пластины 3, прикрепленной к рычагу 6, а также посредством пружин 4 к неподвижной стенке 5. При помощи кулачкового механизма , состо щего из кулака 8 и штока 7, рычаг перемещаетс , пружины 4 сжимаютс , при их разжатии происходит взаимодействие пластины 3 с зернами щебн . После остановки пластины 3 зерна щебн и часть влаги отдел ютс от нее, а друга часть влаги движетс вместе с пластиной и свободным стоком попадает в приемник 11 дл влаги. Отделивша с от пластины влага оседает в ближайший приемник 11 дл влаги, а обезвоженный щебень - в дальний приемник 9. 2 ил.This invention relates to devices for dewatering construction rubble in the nonmetallic building materials industry. After stopping the plate 3, grains of rubble and part of the moisture are separated from it, and the other part of the moisture moves along with the plate and the free drain enters the receiver 11 for moisture. The moisture that separates from the plate is deposited in the nearest receiver 11 for moisture, and the dehydrated rubble in the far receiver 9. 2 Il.
