Description
The present invention is intended for railways (for lighting buildings, arrows, semaphores, driveways, stairs, corridors, etc., and with a slight modification in the block system), for factories and plants (for supplying beeps, lighting for watch lamps, for control goals), for residential buildings, commercial establishments, etc. (timely ignition and fire extinguishing of lamps is aimed at eliminating the possibility of abuse by electric subscribers using chord lighting, etc.) and has the goal of turning on and off homogeneous activities s, schihs is produced periodically at intervals, and clock mechanism must zavodits automatically. FIG. 1 of the schematic drawing shows a side view of the mechanism and a wiring diagram, FIG. 2 switch, in FIG. 3-gears, in FIG. 4-slip-ring contacts, and in FIG. 5- devices for switching on the motor. On the main axis 1 of the clock mechanism, the lever 2 is strengthened, which makes a full turn in 24 hours; at its end, two flexible curved contacts 3 are fixed, sliding on one side along metal rings 4, 5 connected to a chain, and on the other, on flat cut rings 6, 7 (one of them is an insulator) sequentially placed between the frame 8 and cover 9 (in the drawing two cuts are shown); then in one case the circuit is closed, and in the other it is open; closing and opening occurs when the sliding contacts pass through the bent cuts of the rings, equipped with arrows 10, 11, which are arbitrarily set on the dial dial 12. Shaft 1 is set in motion by a clock mechanism 13, which is connected to the gear using gears 14, 15, 16 17 motor shaft; at the same time on the shaft of the wheel 14 there is a drum switch 18; through its peripheral contacts, contact 19 slides, mounted on an elastic plate rotating with
The friction around the axis 20 connected to the motor circuit of the electric motor 21; its shaft ends with a gear wheel 17, adjacent to a gear for plant mechanism. In its normal state, the motor spring 22 is disconnected from the mechanism, which allows the clock spring 29 together with the gear to unfold unhindered. At a known moment, contact 19 jumps off the insulated above contact 23 and includes a motor circuit, which, due to the magnetic properties of the poles and the core, overcomes the resistance of the spring 22, pulls out its shaft and its gear enters the gear wheel 16, then, turning, turns the mechanism until the moment when contact 19 jumps off the contact 24 above to the isolated contact 23; in this case, the motor shaft with the gear, thanks to the spring 22, is separated from the mechanism. In this way, the cycle of the processes of the self-assembly tool is completed. The device is made in such a way that the motor is turned on when the spring 29 is deployed to half, which allows the mechanism to work further, even if at this moment there is no current in the circuit, and if during the next day the current is even supplied, for about 10-15 seconds, then this is enough so that the mechanism, without stopping, continues to work. The use of a rheostat lamp 25 to an electric motor is intended to enable it to be adapted to the current. The connection with the external line occurs with the help of three clips 26 located above the apparatus. In cases where it is desirable to adapt the apparatus to any kind of mechanical effects, it is possible using the device described below to turn on the electric motor at the appointed hour for a few minutes to operate.
This is achieved by the fact that instead of the cover 9 with flat rings 6, 7, two devices 28 are used, allowing to turn on the direct current passing through the poles of the electric motor, periodically in the forward and reverse directions through contacts 30, 31 connected to which gives the desired operation of the electric motor periodically at fixed intervals in the forward and, respectively, reverse directions.
