Abstract
The present invention relates to ion exchange filters for cleaning liquid primarily from highly toxic substances and allows for improved performance and ease of maintenance. The filter consists of a housing 1, an upper 4 and a lower 7 drainage, between which ionite 8 is located, a nozzle 5 for supplying wash water under the upper drainage, a feeding nozzle 3 and a discharge nozzle 10c with a vertical pipe 11 for forming a water trap. The lower drainage is provided with a shell 9 with a height h 1/3 R, where R is the radius of the filter housing, and is installed with the possibility of vertical movement 1 sludge.
Description
The invention relates to devices for carrying out ion exchange processes at local treatment plants in wastewater treatment technology.
The aim of the invention is to increase productivity by eliminating the influence of silting of the upper drainage on the hydraulic resistance of the filter and ease of maintenance by simplifying the discharge of the ion exchanger.
The drawing shows a filter, a longitudinal section.
The ion exchange filter contains a vertical housing 1, a lid 2 with an inlet water supply nozzle 3, an upper drain 4 in the form of a horizontal perforated disk, a nozzle 5 for supplying wash water attached to the lid 2 and passing through an opening 6 made in the upper drain 4, bottom drain 7 and ion exchanger layer 8, placed between
дренажами Нижний дренаж выполнен в виде перфорированного диска, снабжен обечайкой 9, прикрепленной к верхней поверхности диска, имеющей высоту h 1 /3 R, где R - радиус корпуса фильтра, и установлен с возможностью вертикального возвратно-поступательного перемещени .Drainage The lower drainage is made in the form of a perforated disk, provided with a shell 9 attached to the upper surface of the disk, having a height of h 1/3 R, where R is the radius of the filter housing, and is installed with the possibility of vertical reciprocating movement.
At a specified shell height, drainage stability is achieved in a strictly horizontal position during filtration, washing and discharge of an ion exchanger, and the degree of water purification from toxic components is also required. With increasing height of the drainage wall, mercury water purification rates deteriorate due to mixing of treated and untreated water flows coming between the walls of the casing and the lower drainage, and not through the layer of ion exchange.
Attached to the bottom of the housing is a filtrate outlet nozzle 10, equipped with

The filter works as follows
Purified water flows through the inlet 3 to the inside of the housing 1, being freed from mechanical impurities i ia of the upper drainage 4. When water passes through the ionitz 8 layer, toxic components are removed, then water is discharged through the outlet PET pipe 10, and 5 is closed. When silting up the upper drainage 4, the process of washing it out is as follows.
5.The discharge nozzle 10 is closed, water is fed through the nozzle 5 and removed along with the contaminants through the inlet nozzle 3. The ionig layer is washed by supplying the washing water to the outlet nozzle 10 with the inlet nozzle 3 closed. Mechanical contamination removal TC through pipe 5.
