The purpose of the invention is to expand the functionality of the device by ensuring its operability in circuits with low currents and voltages when the contact surface is contaminated. When contact 2 is open, capacitor 4 is charged through a resistor 6 from a constant current source 5 5. The voltage of source 5 is sufficient for breaking a contaminating film on the surface of contacts 2. When contacts 2 are closed, capacitor 4 is discharged to contacts 2, providing breakdown of films. A similar process occurs when contact of the closed contacts 2 is disrupted. Capacitor 4 also provides spark suppression at contacts 2. 2 Il. Yu

Изобретение относитс к электротехнике, а именно к устройствам дл коммутации цепей посто нного тока, и предназначено дл использовани в цеп х с величинами тока и напр жени , не достаточными дл восстановлени нарушенного контактировани (сухих цеп х посто нного тока).The invention relates to electrical engineering, namely, devices for switching DC circuits, and is intended for use in circuits with current and voltage values not sufficient to restore impaired contact (dry DC circuits).
The purpose of the invention is to expand the operational capabilities of the device by ensuring its operability in circuits with low currents and voltages with a contaminated contact surface.
FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram of the device; in fig. 2 - device with multiple contacts.
2.The device consists of a main power supply 1 with a load, contacts 2 and a diode 3 connected in a conducting direction with respect to the polarity of the main power supply. The main power source, the load, the diode 3 and the contacts 2 form a "dry electrical circuit. Contacts 2 are shunted by capacitor 4. Auxiliary source 5 of direct current overvoltage through a resistor 6 is connected to pins 2.
The device works as follows.
With open contact 2 capacitor
4 is charged from source 5 through a resistor 6. The voltage of source 5 must be sufficient for an electrical sample of the contaminated film on the surface of contacts 2. Diode 3 is closed because the voltage of the auxiliary source
1.5 is greater than the voltage of the main source 1. This excludes the effect of source 5 on source 1.
When the contact 2 is closed, a breakdown of the contaminating film occurs, and then its thermal destruction at the point of contact, since at the initial moment of discharge of the capacitor 4 a large current flows through contact 2. After contact is restored, the voltage on pin 2 decreases to zero and current starts to flow from it from the main power source to the load.
If contact of the closed contact 2 is disturbed, the capacitor 4 charges from the source 5 to additionally break the contaminating films on the contact surface, after which the process described above occurs.
2.When contacts 2 open, the current from the contact circuit goes over to the capacitor circuit, which eliminates the occurrence of arcing at contacts 2.
Expansion of the field of application of the device is achieved by ensuring its operability in dry electric circuits.
