Abstract
Изобретение относитс к измерительной технике и предназначено дл измерени плотности зар да на поверхности различных зар женных объектов. Цель изобретени - упрощение при одновременном повышении чувствительности датчика. Благодар выполнению механического резонатора датчика в виде закрепленной по периметру круглой плоской трехслойной мембраны, образованной жестко соединенными по всей площади через диэлектрическую прокладку измерительным электродом и магнитным корем, достигнуто упрощение конструкции датчика. При этом вследствие улучшенной экранировки измерительного электрода от обмотки 2 электромагнита близко расположенным соединенным с общей шиной магнитным корем повышена чувствительность датчика. Датчик содержит также корпус 1, неподвижный сердечник 3 электромагнита, регулировочное кольцо 7.3 ил.The invention relates to a measurement technique and is intended to measure the density of a charge on the surface of various charged objects.
