Description
The invention relates to the jewelry industry, namely to glass enamel compositions for the preparation of jewelry enamels for decorating products made from copper and its alloys.
Целью изобретени вл етс получение ювелирной эмали, повышение кис- лотостойкости и блеска покрыти .The aim of the invention is to obtain jewelry enamel, increasing the acid resistance and gloss of the coating.
Изделие обжигают в камер1 ной печи в интервале температур 770 - 780°С.g Compositions of frits are given in table. 1. These components are mixed and melted in an oven at 1380-1400 ° C. Cooking time depends on the amount of charge and furnace design. The alloyed mass is poured onto the table in the form of a thick tile. The resulting enamel frit is milled, sifted through a 0 sieve and applied to the product according to technology adopted in the jewelry industry. The product is fired in a chamber furnace in the temperature range of 770–780 ° C.
2.Properties of coatings based on the described frits are given in table. 2
The implementation of the proposed Frit allows to improve the appearance of the products and expand the scope of their application, for example, for decorating products made of copper and its alloys.
