Abstract
Изобретение относится к медицинской и ветеринарной микробиологии и может быть использовано для профилактики кишечных заболеваний и коррекции микрофлоры пищеварительного тракта сельскохозяйственных животных и человека. Целью изобретения является расширение спектра антагонистического действия штамма. Получена плазмида р 74, определяемая синтез микроцина с широким спектром действия, путем передачи плазмиды р 1 из клеток Enterobacter sp. в клетки E. coli С600 с помощью мобилизации неконъюгативной плазмиды RSF 1010 и введения в природную плазмиду р1 транспозона Tn 5, детерминирующего устойчивость к канамицину. Плазмиду р74 трансформируют в клетки E. cori М 17 для получения штамма E. coli М 17 (р 74) с широким спектром антагонистического действия. В результате получают штамм, проявляющий анатгонистическое действие против болезнетворных бактерий различных таксономических групп, как то Escherichia coli, Salmonella, Shegella, Pseudimonas, Klebsiella, Proteus, Citrobacter, Bacillus megaterium, Bacillus pumilis. Штамм проявляет антагонистическую активность in vivo, безвреден для лабораторных животных и телят. 1 з. п. ф-лы, 1 табл.
