Цель изобретени - повышение эксплуатационной надежности путем уменьшени разбалансировки маховика при разрушении одного или нескольких образцов. В корпусе 1 установлены маховик с приводом 3 вращени , неподвижна шестерн 4. размещенные на маховике держатели образцов 5 в виде по крайней мере одного р да шестерен 6. одна из которых взаимодействует с неподвижной шестерней 4. Приемник дл улавливани разрушившихс частей образцов 5 выполнен в виде камер 7. Дл контактировани с цилиндрической поверхностью маховика 2 выполнены диаметрально противоположно расположенные опорные подшипники 8.
