Abstract
Изобретение относитс к измерительной технике и может быть использовано дл контрол параметров вкладышей подшипников . Цель изобретени - повышение точности контрол . Дл этого базирующий элемент выполнен в виде рычага 2, шарнир- но соединенного с основанием 1 одним концом , другой его конец 11 взаимодействует со штоком 4 силового цилиндра 3. На рычаге 2 имеетс гнездо 14 дл размещени вкладыша 15 контролируемого подшипника, измерители 5 и 6 размещены на рычаге 2 симметрично относительно гнезда 14. На основании 1 со стороны шарнира выполнены поперечный пр моугольный паз 19 и два осевых отверсти , в пазу размещена пластина 20, взаимодействующа одной поверхностью с пружинами 21, а другой - со штифтами, размещенными в осевых отверсти х . Пластина 20 взаимодействует с наконечником одного измерител , по которому определ ют непараллельность поверхности разъема, а наконечник другого измерител взаимодействует с основанием м по его положению суд т о высоте вкладыша 15. 2 ил.
