Abstract
The invention relates to buildings. The purpose of the invention is to increase reliability and reduce material consumption and labor intensity during the construction of a building on permafrost soils. The lower blocks are mounted on the bedding distance from each other equal to their width. The upper blocks are supported on the lower blocks with an offset of half the width relative to the lower blocks and close to each other with the formation of unheated volumes under them and between the lower blocks. 3 il.
Description
Изобретение относитс к строительству малоэтажных зданий из несущих пространственных блоков (контейнеров), возводимых на вечномерзлых грунтах, и может быть использовано в районах Севера и Антарктиды .The invention relates to the construction of low-rise buildings from supporting spatial blocks (containers) erected on permafrost soils, and can be used in the regions of the North and Antarctica.
The purpose of the invention is to increase reliability and reduce material consumption and labor intensity.
2.FIG. 1 shows a building; figure 2 is the same, top view; on fig.Z - section aa in figure 2.
The building contains volumetric blocks 1, the lower of which are mounted on an earth mound 2, for example, a gravel mixture erected on the surface of the ground 4. The lower blocks 1 are located along the length of the building at a distance equal to the width of block 1. The upper blocks 3 are supported on the lower blocks 1 with mixing with respect to the latter by half the width of block 1 and close to each other. The building blocks 1 and 3 are placed in two rows with the formation of a corridor 5 between them. The upper blocks 3 can be supported on the lower blocks 1 by means of supporting elements 6, for example, beams of a bent metal profile, for example a corner, which ensures the stability of the building. Blocks 1 and 3 are interconnected by welding the inserts.
Volumes 7 between blocks 1 can be used as utility cold rooms, for example, warehouses of garages.
Since the lower blocks 1 of the first floor of the building are separated by large air volumes 7, the building is in contact with the ground through the area of blocks 1, and between blocks 1 there are zones 8 of frozen ground. Consequently, the defrosting bowl under the building should be determined from the condition of heat transfer through the area of one block 1, whose width is an order of magnitude smaller than the length of the building. With a block width of 1 to 2; 5 m, the defrosting bowl according to the technological calculation for the period of building operation does not exceed 2 m. Therefore, thawing of permafrost soil Even with high ice content taking into account embankment 2 and, moreover, the presence of a heat insulating screen 9 will not occur.

In the building, the role of foundations is performed by the lower blocks 1, which are the peculiar supports of the building. Corridor 5 does not affect the thermal conditions of the base, since its width does not exceed 2 m.
Поскольку давление от здани на материал насыпи 2 не превышает 0,04 кг/см , поэтому высоту насыпи 2 принимают конструктивно из услови теплотехнического расчета .Since the pressure from the building to the material of embankment 2 does not exceed 0.04 kg / cm, therefore, the height of embankment 2 is constructively taken from the conditions of the thermal calculation.
9.Under more severe frozen ground conditions, the prevention of thawing of frozen soil is ensured by an increase in embankment 2 or by means of a heat insulating screen 9.
