The aim of the invention is to improve the accuracy in the presence of settled sediment in the tank.
The drawing shows a block diagram of a device
The discrete meter of the suspension sediment level in the tank consists of sensitive elements 1 located along the height of the measured level, mounted flush with the surface of the pipe (rod) 2, lowered vertically into the technological tank 3 with suspension 4 and sediment level 5, drive 6, analyzer 7 in the composition : the first synchronously controlled switch 8, the output of which is connected to the current generator 9 and the input 10 of the amplifier, the output of which is connected to the pulse shaper 11 connected in series, the first pulse counter 12, circuit we are 13 comparisons, the second synchronously controlled switch 14. buffer register 15 and indicator 16. pulse generator 17 connected to the clock input of the second counter 18 and the installation input of the first counter 12. code generator 19 connected to the comparison circuit 13.
The device operates as follows.
17:The pipe 2, with conductometric elements located on it, is driven by a drive 6 into rotational rocking around its axis. This creates the condition for the occurrence of fluctuations in electrical conductivity in the zone of sensitive elements located in the siege layer. There are no fluctuations in the electrical conductivity of sensitive elements above the sediment. The analyzer performs an interrogation of sensitive elements and the output of the control result to an indicator. In this case, the pulse generator 17 generates a pulse, which is used to reset the counter 12 to the zero position and switch the counter 18 to another state. The digital code of the counter 17 makes a connection, through the first synchronously controlled switch 8, the corresponding sensor element 1 to the input of the amplifier 10 and the current generator 9. The sensor responds to fluctuations in electrical conductivity caused by the presence of solid particles in the siege layer. The variable component is amplified by the amplifier 10 to the response level of the threshold element-shaper 11, from the output of which the pulse signal is counted by the counter 12. The state of which is compared with a predetermined threshold code set by the code setter 19. When the comparison threshold is exceeded, the output of the comparison circuit produces a potential log. 1. which is recorded in the corresponding category of the buffer register 14 through the corresponding contact of the second synchronously controlled switch 14. Log. '1. recorded in the buffer memory register 15, extinguishes the corresponding lamp on the indicator 16. If the pulse generator 17 pulses during the repetition period, the counter did not count the number of pulses equal to the threshold. at the output of the comparison circuit, the potential log remains. Oh, which does not change the state of the corresponding discharge of the buffer register 15. and the indicator lamp will be lit. Thus, during a sequential interrogation of all sensitive elements, the display unit will display the value of the sediment level with discreteness in the arrangement of sensitive elements. The indicator works in dynamic mode. why r F 1 periodically with a frequency of F = ---- it is reset to zero, where F1 is the frequency of the generator 17:
N - емкость счетчика 18.N is the capacity of the counter 18.
The use of a pipe with sensitive elements vertically lowered into the technological tank and performing rotational swaying around its axis by means of a drive creates the condition for the normal functioning of the device (creating a reliable condition for the occurrence of fluctuations in electrical conductivity in the zone of setting the sensitive element) when determining the interface of the siege layer and allows high reliability to measure the level of sediment. In order to ensure the optimal operating mode of the sensitive element, its linear velocity should not be lower than 0.2 m / s, which is ensured by the appropriate choice of the angular velocity of the rotational sway.
