Description
The invention relates to electrical engineering, namely transformer construction.
The purpose of the invention is to increase efficiency, reduce noise, effort and energy to regulate.
The drawing schematically shows an adjustable transformer.
Поджатие магнитного шунта к рабочим поверхнос т м стержней с помощью пружины 15 и ролика 16 необходимо дл удержани рма (например, при транспортировке).An adjustable transformer contains a U-shaped core 1, the primary winding 2 located on the middle rod 3, the secondary windings 4 and 5 located on the outer rods x 6 and 7, respectively. The movable PMO 8 has non-magnetic plates 9 and 10 along the ends, is made symmetrical and enclosed in a housing 11 of a non-magnetic material, part of the bottom 12 of which is located below the working surfaces of the core rods in order to reduce the effect of inaccuracies in the manufacture and assembly of the adjustable transformer, and the placement of waste metal particles of working surfaces in tanks 13. The gap 14 between the working (rubbing) surfaces of the shunt and the ends of the rods is filled with a liquid magnetic lubricant. The compression of the magnetic shunt to the working surfaces of the rods using the spring 15 and the roller 16 is necessary to hold the frame (for example, during transport).
Plates 9 and 10 are designed to eliminate the possibility of magnetic flux closure (shunting) along a parasitic magnetic circuit between the extreme and middle rods.
Placing the magnetic lubricant in the tanks 13 improves the conditions for its penetration into the gaps between the working surfaces of the core and the core, which allows for smooth, without significant mechanical friction, reciprocating movement of the frame along the working surfaces of the core, increasing the efficiency and reliability of the device .
Secondary windings can be connected in series-counter or not connected to each other.
The device works as follows.
When voltage is applied to the primary winding 2, the magnetic flux generated by this winding will be closed through the cores 6 and 7 of the core, the magnetic lubricated gap 14 and the movable shim 8. If the load is connected to one of the secondary windings (for example, winding 5) and rmo 8 occupies the extreme right position, then the magnetic flux of the primary winding 2 will be completely closed through the right rod 7, causing maximum emf in winding 5. At the same time on the other winding EMF is minimal. This creates a minimum resistance to the magnetic flux passing through the magnetic circuit: the middle rod 3 - rm 8 - right rod 7. As the magnetic flux increases, the force that pulls the magnetic lubricant into the gap increases.
Обмотки 2, 4 и 5 могут быть включены и по схеме автотрансформатора .Due to the symmetrical design of the movable rome 8 and the magnetic circuit, it is possible to obtain the maximum emf in the winding 4 at its extreme left position and the linear dependence of the output voltage value on the displacement of the shunt. Winding 2, 4 and 5 can be included under the autotransformer circuit.
Placing a movable pit in a vessel with magnetic lubrication reduces the magnetic resistance of the joints between the movable rod and rods, which reduces the magnetizing current and increases efficiency, reduces noise, effort and energy to regulate, due to lubrication, expands the scope of application in dusty and aggressive environments.
