Abstract
Изобретение относитс к горной промышленности и предназначено дл промывки скважин. Цель - повышение эффективности дегазации бурового раствора за счет его более равномерного распределени по наклонным пластинам распределительного лотка (РЛ). Дегазатор состоит из корпуса (К) 1 с наклонным днищем, закрепленного на салазках 2 и имеющего впускной 3 и сливной 4 патрубки. Внутри К 1 установлен клапан 8 дл регулировани глубины вакуума и расположен РЛ 11 с наклонными пластинами 12 по бокам, закрепленный на сбалансированных поплавках (СП) 13. Последние расположены внутри закрепленной в нижней части корпуса направл ющей рамы 14. На К 1 расположен вакуумный насос 5. Патрубок 3 расположен над РЛ 11 над его серединой. Буровой раствор через патрубок 3 попадает на РЛ 11, который находитс все врем в горизонтальном положении, и равномерно распредел етс по пластинам 12. Стабильное горизонтальное положение РЛ 11 осуществл етс с помощью СП 13 за счет их вертикального перемещени . Буровой раствор при растекании по пластинам 12 дегазируетс и стекает в нижнюю часть К 1. Дегазированный раствор накапливаетс внизу. С помощью насоса 5 внутри дегазатора создаетс вакуум дл повышени эффективности дегазации. Клапан 8 регулирует величину вакуума внутри К 1. Дегазированный буровой раствор, скопившийс в нижней части К 1, удал етс через патрубок 4. 3 ил.The invention relates to the mining industry and is intended for flushing wells. The goal is to increase the efficiency of degassing of the drilling fluid due to its more uniform distribution over the inclined plates of the distribution tray (RL). The degasser consists of a housing (K) 1 with a sloping bottom fixed on the slide 2 and having an inlet 3 and a drain 4 nozzles. Inside valve 1, a valve 8 is installed to adjust the vacuum depth and there is a radar 11 with inclined plates 12 on each side, fixed on balanced floats (SP) 13. The latter are located inside the guide frame 14 mounted on the lower part of the body. Nozzle 3 is located above the RL 11 above its middle. The drilling fluid through the pipe 3 gets on the X-ray 11, which is all the time in a horizontal position, and is evenly distributed over the plates 12. The stable horizontal position of the X-ray 11 is carried out by means of the SP 13 due to their vertical movement. The drilling fluid is degassed as it spreads over the plates 12 and flows into the lower part of K 1. The degassed solution accumulates at the bottom. By means of a pump 5, a vacuum is created inside the degasser to increase the efficiency of degassing. The valve 8 regulates the amount of vacuum inside K 1. The degassed drilling fluid accumulated in the bottom of K 1 is removed through pipe 4. 3 sludge.
