В результате на поверхности грампластинки при ее охлаждении до температуры -10°С конденсируетс  равномерный слой атмосферной влаги. При этом возрастает твердость материала грампластинки, возрастает ее изно- состойкость и повышаетс  качество звуковоспроизведени  за счет повышени  резонансной частоты пары игла - канавка. Кроме того, атмосферна  влага на грампластинке не состал ет никаких следов.
