Abstract
The invention relates to the application of metal, in particular cadmium, coatings by thermal decomposition of vapors of organometallic compounds. The purpose of the invention is to increase the cadmium deposition rate. For this purpose, dimethylcadmium is additionally introduced into the composition of the gas-vapor mixture containing diethylcadmium at the following ratio, wt%: diethylcadmium 5-10, dimethylcadmium 90-95. The process is carried out by pumping the reactor to a pressure of 1 Pa and the temperature of the steel parts to be coated is 200-220 ° C. The introduction of dimethyl cadmium into the mixture provides an increase in the cadmium deposition rate from 0.30-0.35 to 3.0-3.3 μm / min with the high quality of the resulting coatings, which have a fine-crystalline structure, are dense and firmly adhered to the substrate (adhesion 96 kgf / cm 2 ). 1 tab.

The invention relates to the application of metallic, in particular cadmium, coatings by thermal decomposition of vapors of organometallic compounds and can be used in the automotive and aeronautics industry, as well as in mechanical engineering when building construction-i based on high-strength steels with corrosion-resistant and protective coatings.
The aim of the invention is to increase the cadmium deposition rate.
The invention is carried out as follows.
The steel covered with cadmium, the part is placed in the slit-like part of the flow selector. Liquid dimethyl cadmium () and diethyl cadmium (DEC) load) are different evaporators. The reactor is pumped from the pressure and 1 Pa, heated and (the spruce part of the reactor) and with the cadmium-free part up to 200-220 ° C, the 7-temperature is set to evaporate. The vapor is evaporated. The process is carried out for 30 minutes. The temperature of the evaporator containing JJMK is set in the range of 20-40 0, and the temperature of the evaporator with DEC - in dialazone 25-50 0 (5-10 C higher than the evaporator with DMC). In this case, the content of the components in the vapor-gas mixture (ASG) is, wt.%: .- DEK 5-10; DMK 90-95. The lower limit of the temperature interval

Thus, the proposed CBC, under optimal conditions, provides, by comparison with the well-known practically at the time of dK, a higher deposition rate of cadmium (from, 0.30-0.35 to 3.0 - 3.3 µm / min) with the required quality
The proposed CBC also improves the processability of the cadmium coating process. Used mainly as part of DMC is stable during storage, in contrast to unstable DEK.
