Abstract
Изобретение относитс к пневматическому транспортированию по вертикали липкосыпучих грузов и предназначено дл создани двухсторонне-направленного воздушного потока в кольцеобразном материалопроводе. Цель изобретени - повышение производительности. Предлагаемый пневмоподъемник состоит из всасывающей 1 и нагнетательной 2 вентил торных установок, расположенных в верхней части устройства, прикрепленного к стреловой системе 3 портального крана, при этом всасываемый липкосыпучий груз поступает через бункерное устройство на конвейерную ленту 4 перегрузочного комплекса. Транспортирующее устройство состоит из трех последовательно вложенных одна в другую труб: транспортного трубопровода 5, жалюзийной трубы 6 с винтовой щелью, образующих материалопровод 8, и загерметизированной в нижней части трубой, подающей воздух через отверстие с заслонкой, управл емой приводом, на жалюзийную трубу 6 и в корпус 13 аэратора 14 через гибкий рукав. Аэратор 14 закреплен на транспортном трубопроводе 5 пальцами и управл етс приводом 16. Выпускной конец транспортного трубопровода состоит из заслонки 17, пружины 18 и бункера 19. 1 з.п. ф-лы, 4 ил.The invention relates to the pneumatic conveying of sticky cargoes vertically and is intended to create a two-way air flow in an annular material conduit. The purpose of the invention is to increase productivity. The proposed pneumatic lift consists of a suction 1 and an injection 2 ventilator installations located in the upper part of the device attached to the boom system 3 of the gantry crane, while the intake sticky load enters through the bunker device onto the conveyor belt 4 of the transshipment complex. The conveying device consists of three pipes successively inserted one into another: a transport pipeline 5, a louver pipe 6 with a screw slot, forming the material pipeline 8, and a pipe sealed at the bottom that feeds air through an opening with a drive-controlled damper to the louvered pipe 6 and into the body 13 of the aerator 14 through a flexible hose. The aerator 14 is fixed on the transport pipeline with 5 fingers and controlled by a drive 16. The discharge end of the transport pipeline consists of a valve 17, a spring 18 and a hopper 19. 1 Cp f-ly, 4 ill.
