Abstract
В результатте физико-химических процессов в ходе очистки достигаетс улучшение ее качества при уменьшении трудозатрат и расхода растворител .The invention relates to vacuum technology, in particular to the operation of diffusion steam-oil pumps. The purpose of the invention is to simplify the process of cleaning the working cavity of a diffusion pump from contamination. The method consists in dissolving oil deposits using a heated mixture of one part of monoethanolamine with two to three parts of perhydrol (H 2 O 2 ), followed by emulsification of sediments and washing the pump with distilled water. As a result of the physicochemical processes during purification, an improvement in its quality is achieved while reducing labor costs and solvent consumption.
Description
The invention relates to the technology of cleaning equipment from deposits and can be used in the production during the cleaning of vacuum pumps from mechanical impurities and the cracking products of vacuum oil.
Цель изобретени - упрощение процесса очистки, повышение его эффективности и качества, а также снижение расходных норм растворител .The purpose of the invention is to simplify the cleaning process, increase its efficiency and quality, and also reduce the consumption rates of the solvent.
The method is implemented as follows.
The diffusion steam-oil pump is disconnected from the vacuum system. Monoethanolamine (MEA) is poured into its working cavity for about 175 of its volume, after which the pump is placed under exhaust ventilation. Then the pump heater is turned on and the boiled MEA is brought to a boil (.171 ° C). After boiling the MEA, the heater of the diffusion pump is turned off and the perhydrol (HsOg) is carefully poured into the pump in relation to the MEA (2-3): 1. At the same time, the physical process of dissolution, and desorption of vacuum oil molecules and

После выдержки моющей смеси в течение указанного времени ее вместе с осадком сливают, насос 2-3 раза промывают дистиллированной водой и высушивают струей теплого воздуха либо непосредственно на воздухе.other deposits from the walls of the internal cavity of the pump are complemented by a chemical process consisting in the redox reaction of MEA with HoO. leading to the formation of atomic oxygen, which contributes to the destruction of the washed products and their subsequent emulsification with the help of surfactant MEA. The pump is closed with a lid and allowed to hold for 0.5–1 h. As it has been established that the shutter speed for 0.5 h is minimal, at which high-quality cleaning of the washed surface of the para-oil pump occurs. Aging of the cleaning mixture for more than 1 hour does not give a noticeable improvement in the cleaning quality of the vacuum pump. After holding the detergent mixture for the specified time, it is drained together with the sediment, the pump is washed 2-3 times with distilled water and dried with a stream of warm air or directly in air.

Указанные преимущества способа привод т к уменьщению тру- затрат и времени процесса очистки, а Ькже к уменьшению расхода раствори- те1 и, следовательно, к уменьшению эксплуатационных расходов в целом.decontamination and use of additional equipment, while improving the quality and efficiency of cleaning, Tail as a washing agent is not only a solution (t surface layer of oily deposits, but also penetrates them deeply, the reaction between the components of the washing agent, atomic oxygen, contributes to the destruction of the washed products and their subsequent emulsification. The indicated advantages of the method lead to a decrease in the labor costs and time of the cleaning process, and also reduce the consumption of - te1 and, therefore, to reduce operating costs in general.
