Abstract
1 з.п. The invention relates to the technology of cellulose derivatives and can be used to obtain various chemical products based on cellulose. The invention makes it possible to simplify the method, which is achieved by treating cellulose with a 20-25% aqueous solution of sodium hydroxide with a model of 1.5-4.0 and passing the reaction mass through a twin-screw extruder, where it is exposed to a shear stress of 0.05-4. 0 N / mm 2 and pressure 0.1-65 MPa. The treatment with an aqueous solution of sodium hydroxide can be carried out simultaneously with said effect in a twin-screw extruder. 1 hp ff, 1 tab.
Description
Изобретение относитс к технологии производных целлюлозы и может быть использовано дл получени различных химических продуктов на основе целлюлозы .The invention relates to the technology of cellulose derivatives and can be used to obtain various chemical products based on cellulose.
The aim of the invention is to simplify the process.
Example 1. Sulfite cellulose in the form of pieces of size 10x10 mm is sprayed with sodium hydroxide solution with a module of 1.5 and continuously fed into a twin-screw extruder with five temperature zones, in which a shear stress of 1, 2 n / mm and a pressure of 20 MPa are created at screw rotation speeds of 80-100 rpm. The temperature in the first zone is 30 ° С, in the second - the fifth zones are 20-30 ° С. The duration of the reaction mass in the extruder is 6 minutes.
Полученна щелочна целлюлоза содержит 33,7 альфа-целлюлозы и 13, гидроксида натри и имеет УНдон 91 ,и степень полимеризации (СП) 535.The obtained alkaline cellulose contains 33.7 alpha cellulose and 13, sodium hydroxide, and has a Undon 91, and the degree of polymerization (SP) is 535.
Examples Carried out analogously to example 1, the treatment of the cellulose with an aqueous solution of sodium hydroxide was carried out in a twin-screw extruder simultaneously with a shear stress of 3.0 n / mm and a pressure of 50 MPa. Data for all examples are presented in the table.
