Abstract

Изобретение относитс  к области химического машиностроени , в частности к оборудованию дл  переработки полимерных материалов и резиновых смесей. Цель изобретени  - повышение качества готовой продукции за счет интенсификации процесса смешени  и предотвращени  попадани  материала, не прошедшего процесса смешени . Смеситель содержит корпус с загрузочным и разгрузочным отверсти ми. В роторе смонтированы роторы с лопаст ми и шнек. В теле роторов выполнены кольцевые проточки с профилем, концентричным сечению шнека. При этом шнек выполнен с нагнетательной и смесительной част ми и размещен перпендикул рно ос м роторов в месте выполнени  проточек. Роторы снабжены рабочими лопатками, закрученными в противоположных направлени х относительно проточек. Такое сообщение шнека и роторов исключает образование застойных зон и улучшает реодинамику движени  материала в смесителе. Разгрузочное отверстие снабжено диском в виде затвора конической формы.
