Description
The invention relates to mechanical engineering and can be used in metallolotting machines and mechanisms to provide a straight-line displacement of components
The aim of the invention is to increase the durability and accuracy of movement of the guides.
На фиг. 1 изображены направл ющие, общий вид; на фиг. 2 - сечение А-А на Фиг. 1; на фиго 3 - схема работы нап- равл юш;их.FIG. 1 shows the guides, a general view; in fig. 2 is a section A-A in FIG. one; Fig 3 is a diagram of the operation of the Yush directions;
имеет Т-образную форму На концах подвилсного элемента на нижнем пр моугольном выступе в средней части сечегод закреплено по одной износостойкой вставке 2, кажда вставка 2 выступает за габарит длины направл ющей на величину h.Slide guides have a movable element 1, the cross section of which has a T-shape. At the ends of the base element on the lower rectangular protrusion in the middle part of the section, one wear-resistant insert 2 is fixed, each insert 2 stands for the dimension of the length of the guideline by the value h.
On the fixed element 3 there is a rectangular groove in which a wear-resistant lining 4 is fixed, matched with a wear-resistant insert.
Sliding guide works as follows.
At the initial moment of movement or when the direction of movement changes, the driving force of the drive and the frictional force (fig 3) form the moment turning the movable element 1 relative to the fixed element 3 at a very small angle and determined by the rigidity of the drive and the gaps in the joint Due to the rotation of element 1 the joint in plane B is cleaved (and 3), the area of the contact element decreases, and the specific contact pressure increases, at the S area of the wear-resistant insert.

SThe inserts protruding along the length of the movable element preserve the planes B from increased and uneven wear at the moment of the occurrence of maximum contact pressures at sites S
The magnitude of the allowable linear wear and the structurally specified angle of rotation of the movable element determine the geometrical parameter h, which ensures the condition of opening the junction of the plane B to a certain state of wear of the guides. The parameter of the moving element h is determined by the formula
h h
sineisinei
где I - допускаемый линейный износwhere I is the allowable linear wear
элемента;an item;
oL- максимальный угол отрьша одного из торцов подвижного элементаoL- maximum angle of angle of one of the ends of the moving element
To ensure the opening of the joint in planes B of the guides, the value of h must be in the range of 5-10 mm.
В процессе установившегос движени , когда коэффициент трени скольжени стабилен (в начальный момент движени коэффициент трени поко значительно больше коэффициента трени скольжени ), сила трени уменьшаетс и плоскости подвижного элемента вход т в контакт с соответствующими плоскост ми неподвижного элемента .In the process of steady motion, when the coefficient of friction sliding is stable (at the initial moment of movement, the coefficient of friction rest is significantly greater than the coefficient of friction sliding), the force of friction decreases and the planes of the moving element come into contact with the corresponding planes of the fixed element.
In this case, the specific contact pressure in the elements is significantly reduced and the sliding process proceeds in an optimal operating mode.
The specific contact pressure in the planes of the guides depends on the width of the plane B (the width of the inserts), which is chosen in accordance with the inequality
0.5 a b i i a, where a is the width of the directions.
Durability and accuracy of movement are ensured by the planes B of the elements, which are operated under lighter conditions, and the distribution of the external load acting at the time of rotation of the moving element.

Achieved by assigning geometric parameters h, a, b.
Even wear along the entire length of the planes B ensures the necessary movement accuracy over the entire service life. Uneven lengthwise wear of the wear-resistant inserts and lining is restored by periodically replacing them.
